BADM 729 - Business Analysis for Managerial Decisions

3 credits
Managerial decision making for contemporary problems encountered by the business professional, including forecasting, decision analysis, linear programming, transportation models, project scheduling, inventory, and waiting line models; basic understanding and evaluation of operations research techniques, use of available computer routines and interpretation of results.
