HIMS 747 - Leadership and Management for Health Informatics

This course explores leadership skills of communication, negotiation, change management and the strategic alignment of IT and organizational goals.  Topics also include financial, personnel, and vendor relationship management. Prerequisite(s): HIMS 701  or prior healthcare knowledge or experience
