CIS 372 - Programming for Analytics

3 credits


This course introduces students to programming as a foundation for modern data analytics. Emphasis is placed on writing clean and effective code to collect, manipulate, and analyze large datasets using a programming language widely adopted in the analytics industry. Students will learn to develop code that support reproducible and scalable analytical workflows.

  Prerequisite(s): CIS 123  or CIS 130  or CSC 150
