ACCT 455 - Ethical and Professional Responsibilities of CPA’s

This course is a study of the ethical implications of the decisions CPA’s make in the course of providing assurance, tax, and consulting services, a review of AICPA Code of Professional Conduct including principles and rules of conduct, a review of Interpretations of the Rules of Conduct and Ethics Ruling, and a study of the legal environment CPA’s operate including legal liability under the common and statutory law.
